we bought glasses! i cant post pictures because it won't upload but someday i will! one brown pair from online that cost a whole sixty-four dollars and one grey pair from another online store that cost twenty-four sixty-nine! those links have pictures for you.

also i did a good job with flylady! our room has been really messy and icky and it is like, i cant get into bed cause i have to climb and step over all these things! and the more messy things are the more cats make them messy. like if it is clean they have nothing to knock around but if it is messy they are all, i am gonna knock this jar of marbles onto the floor and then roll them all around everywhere and then you will step on them! i don't think they know that we really exist. they are all, it doesn't bother ME that the marbles are on the floor. the marbles disappear to me if i am not playing with them. what do you mean they are your marbles and that is your floor and those are your feet? pffft. crazy.

so today flylady's list said to set your timer for 5 minutes and do one hotspot which is a place where stuff tends to pile up. so i did it three times! i did everything on the desk in five minutes and then for ten minutes i did sorting out all of the stuff in this huge box where we kept stamps and letter mail papers and it is weird how one whole big box fits into two tweeny little desk drawers when you put it all together right! and then the big box was not on my floor and all the stuff was put away! and then i put away all the stuff that i cleaned up! like all the stuff that was for reading and the stuff that went with the bills and the stuff for recycling and the stuff for the trash and the stuff for the toy boxes. all done! really it took more like another 15 minutes to do that plus five more to take out the recycling cause it is recyclying day tomorrow, so it was 25 minutes instead of three fives but it was worth it! and then i got chocolate mousse cake and to put on jammies and watch the rest of the very last Gilmore Girls. Ever!

and now when i go to bed it will not be in an icky room where i have to step over things! there is still stuff to clean up in the living room and by the bed but it is so cool that i can do it in five minutes! woohoo! i rock!!

plus ALSO we are also proud of ourselves cause when work was hard we stopped and did yoga that we needed to do and then it felt better. overworking and pushing ourselves during work takes away energy and does not feel good or help anyone! we are LEARNING. all the time! sometimes we are learning to eat chocolate mousse cake. that is an important lesson too.

Last year I got the mini tobleron bars right? THIS year somebody gave me an ENTIRE BAG OF COOKIES. i am not even kidding, pepperidge farm cookies!

Hey!No smarties this year! I saw them in the store... I like smarties. Maybe there will be some in the mini treat bag.
It is funny cause my neighborhood on one hand gives out lots of good candy and on the other hand gives out more tootsie rolls than ANYthing. What is that about? does just everybody give out lots of tootsie rolls? They did that where I grew up too.

Also I got three mini rocky road bars which is good cause we kind of wanted to get the Annabell brand bag of stuff like that to give out cause we like the mint rocky road bars and i am glad SOMEbody did.

I am glad I went trickertreating! It was fun. I was scared people would start to give me candy and then be all 'AREN'T YOU TOO OLD" and take it away. I got that from three people but nobody with candy. Two people I passed who had little kids (one of them in a super-shaming catty voice, she was just jealous she did not get candy!) and one who had run out of candy and then was like, hey, you look like a grownup!

Hm. The peanur butter caramel cup is good until the peanut butter gets involved. Then it is gross and salty and weird. Boo Reese's! Booo! ha ha... "boo."

I felt bad for all the alcoholics. All the people who were just going to get their alcohol were all embarrassed that litle kids could see them.

You know who WASN'T embarrassed about ANYTHING? The guy on 45th street who was dressed up like a penis. I was all, is he a hot dog? a mushroom? ... OMG. That is TOO WEIRD. And then some girl came up to him after I left and was like "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" She was laughing though but she was mad at him. I was glad I was me and not a little tiny kid.

I got to see the house with the car on fire again! It was still shooting out fire! And this time there were also bunnies, a skeleton, a skull that comes out of the bushes, um, some more fire, aaaand cousin it was on the stairs with a knife. A little kid who came up with me almost cried. I am all, your house is too scary! It is a fun house though if you know things are going to jump out at you. But they should give out more candy if they are going to be scary like that. I think all I got was a mini-size thing there.

Seriously! A whole bag of cookies! You don't believe me? I will show you!

i logged in to neopets and i went to see what i had to feed my pets with and it told me that i got a new pets... user... welcome... thingie... package!! and i am not new but maybe they gave one to everyone and it had TWO PAINTBRUSHES in it! paintbrushes are super expensive but these ones are made so you cannot sell them but now i could paint something yellow! or green!

i so do not want to. but i could!!

oh! ! i could paint my green aisha yellow and then later on i could paint it green again! hee hee!!! it would be pritty if it were yellow. and it is not like i can sell the stupid things!

i don't remember what i had so i cannot even tell what i got from the package. a wooden blocking shield? a baked potato with gravy? a blue ixi toy? hmm.

i posted this someplace and i want to post it here cause i can never find it when i want to work on it.

I want to do more step work! i have only done step one. I want to do step two and more! but how? Does anyone have any ideas or want to talk about how they did theirs?

some things I thought of but did not do yet:

1. make a god box that I can use to let go of things or to pass notes to my higher power (i could fold them all up like in third grade! To H.P. Do U Like Me check Yes or No. hee! except that that would be a silly question. i refuse to have a higher power that does not like me!)

2. write something about what i think my higher power is. or maybe better:

3. write something about what i want my higher power to be. cause i read something where someone did that and then their sponsor was like "well that's your higher power right there!" it is confusing but it might be less confusing if i tried it.

4. what else? i have a friend who is making some exercises that i could try but the waiting is taking sooooooooo lonnnnnnnng. I am tired of waiting! I am taking my recovery into my own hands!

5. it would be nice if I had a sponsor. I know that SIA has a thing where you can write and ask them for a sponsor pen pal and they will match you up based on a form you fill out where you say what you want. like you can say you do or don't want someone who is ritually abused or multiple or was abused in this or that way and stuff I think. I wish they had a form for that online cause if we are getting like 5 or
6 new people from the website in one day then i bet that there'd be a TON of sponsors you could get from the website. maybe I will write to them and suggest that!

6. i just had another idea... i could get a doll that looked like me and one that reminded me of my higher power and the higher power doll could hug the me doll or something. that might help. I would like that. i have a postcard that shows a little girl on the shoulder of someone that i think is the goddess, whispering in her ear. i like it. maybe i could get it made into a poster.... i used to want to have a house where everything in it was sparkling and like sacred sort of in some way. like it was living inside an altar (in a good way). but instead my house just got messier! but now that we're cleaning it all up and making it nice in recovery.... prisms would be the first thing i would want to get.

7. what else? i feel like gardening should be a way of doing it somehow. but i am not sure what I mean by that yet. gardening is very spiritual right? hm.

i got to draw pictures and stuff. it is easy you should try it! :-> I started it on monday when they came up with it and then i finished it today!

I did my first step to the SIA meeting on wednesday it is a good one cause we do not run it and cause i know the peopel there are nice and um i knew everybody who was there today. or someone in here did i did not know all of them. they were all nice tho i checked.

i drew a picture that i showed them. it was scary, all pointy sharp things and grass and cow's blood. and parents *watching* things. cept my mom was *yelling* things cause that's what SHE does. she likes to yell. like um like some kind of stupid bird in a cage that yells all the time and you want to put a blanket over the cage but it will bite you!

HAHAHAHAHA we are using tabbed browsing in mozilla and i added a tab and now the one that said program associate says "Program Ass..."

anyway i showed them all it and explained the different parts of it. and i talked about the other things i did like what was scary and unmanageable and how my life would be different if i were not scared of people for example and um what else? oh my favorite the picture of how i tried to control the abuse. it is of me in a glass capsule like a time capsule and covering my eyes and going LA LA LA LA and it is like, dissociating and repressing and not knowing what happened and pretending nothing was wrong. and the question was did it work and if not why not, or something like that. and i wrote that it did NOT work. it does not protect me. it makes me not know stuff. it makes them WIN. they are losers. and they SUCK. and i will not tell lies for them anymore. cause i am not their weapon or their toy!

behind of the chocolate factory, there is A MILLION OF GOATS!!!!!!!!!

there is all these liddle goats running around being all TINY. tiny baby goats! there is a one that is so small that it gets right in the water bucket thing and just splashes around! there is tons of goats with all their little horns and fur! goats goats GOATS!!!!

and they are so million of different colors! they are brown and black and white and tan and splotchy and brown with dark grey spots and everything!!!! oh it is so cool!!! omigawd!!!!!

they are eating all the piles of anise! it is like licorice my friend dana johnson showed me when i was little cause it grew in her yard! i did not like licorice tho but i bet the goats do!!!

the top floor has to go away and not be for meetings and all the meetings have to go to bottom floor rooms cause of if there is a fire there is not a good way out of the top floor so instead thelibrary is going to be in the top floor and they had to take the wodden bars off the window of the room next tot e librarythat WAS a nice safe kids room
we need the new kyeboard to get here!!

it was a beyootiful room. it had little windows. it had pillows for sitting on. it had a nice white table. it had white shelves with kids books and kids toys and it had a fire truck and a toy shoppin cart and a bear on the wall and nice books like "Cars and Trucks and Things That Go" and "On The Day You Were Born" and a LOT of doctor who books and buckets of beads made of wood. and buckets of stuffed aminals! Aaaand.... what else did it have?

it was a nice room and a sunny little room and every one could be safe there. When we worked there all by areselvs and it was the first safe place here that we had we could go up there. When we started to have a lot of body memories (and we knew what they were for the first time) we could go up there to be safe. We could go up there to not have to work for a minute and just talk about things together in here alone. It was are nice place.

so they had to take the wooden bars off of a window in there because... o so people in thelibrary could get out of it with a ladder if there was a fire, but if there are not wooden bars a littel kid could fall out. so it can not be a kid room anymore bcause they do not trust ppl to not just leave their kids up there while they are in a meeting.

but it makes me mad cause the peopel of mandana they do not get it. they think it is only a place for littel outside kids. they do not get why a "grownup" would go up there and spend time there and be nice.

and we went up there today and the toys were all gone! everything was gone the books the pillows everythin!!!!!!!

it made me so mad i wantid to break stuff!!!!!!!!!!

i wanted to break a thing with the vacuum cleaner attachments stuff!!

precisegirl did not let me but we banged the vacuum c leaner into the wall twice re al hard. it did not hurt it.

i was SO MAD

like also therecould be another place for the toys. and did they ask for if meetings wanted the toys? no they did not. and um
the meetings some hvae toys. three of the SIA meetings have the stuffed aminals there and last week one (thursday) left a note for wedneday tellin us that mandana peopel said we should get rid of some of the toys!!!!!!

THEY ARE CRAZY THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKIN ABOUT
they are all "we never been to a meeting where you can have stuffed aminals when you talk! we do not know why you have to havqe os many of them why do yu not get rid of some? wemight do it for you! we are threatening peopel!"

why do we have to have so many?
CAUSE THE DUCK RATTEL DOLL IS SHAPED LIKE A PENIS AND THEPIG DOES NOT HAVE ANY ARMSSSSS

it is tr00. some of the dolls are not very good. and i like the shark a lot but another person thought the shark was scary so there have to be a LOT so peopel can have a good one.
now tho we have two pink hippos!!

it was good for two tihngs tho:
1. it made precisegirl so mad that she did not have any problem telling That One Guy that his meeting should please start closing their curtains when they meet
cause she hates it. she does not even clean in that building when they meet but even if she walks by to go to the bathroom or get a broom for somewhere else, she has to Violate Anonymity or whatever cause their stupid DOORS are all open and she does not WANT to see or hear them! they should have a boundaries!
and he said Okay That Is a Good Idea
which is yay!
and
2. the gronups talked about it for a long time and they talked to us kids about it for a long time and they talked about it themselves for a long time and THEN, they went and said Hey What Did You End Up Doing With the Stuff In the Kids' Room? and gwen said oh it is in storage and they said more things and then later they went and said Hey Do You Think Mandana Would Be Interested In Having Someone Just Take it Off Their Hands Cause I Bet My Kid Would Like the Toys And Stuff, and they said sure! i will tlak to roz about it and you can come look at it later! there are books too!
So maybe we can make are OWN safe space and tommy can have his fire truck which is Very Important To Him!

yay! i got to make an email folder. page. thingy. My own special account just for me on our stupid yahoo thing! Yay!

i punched a guy in oldnavy yesterday!
on accident!
i was going to find blue n ann and a guy was comin and he passed them n then he turned around and checked out their butts or something and i got really mad and i ran toward thm and i really wanted to hit him and i sort of on accident reached out my fist when i ran past him and it on accident sort of hit his elbow a little bit!

and then blue said it was the same guy of hitting on her before! so i was glad i hit him!

i said "OOPS SORRY" when i ran past him and hit him and then we left :)

i write about bad stuff here and then i lock it.
but i wanted to post about how um
it is like shahn's journal. it is like he posts and is all "blah blah bad stuff in my head" and everybody posts comments to try and fix him but he is like, you do not understand, i put the bad stuff here so i do not have to have it in my head anymore!

it is like, if i talk about it here i can feel like ok it is written down and ppl can know about it and it can be safe and now i can go think about the next thing. like the next thing tonight is that telling ppl about what happens is what makes me safe and keeps it from happening more and i can feel whole and stuff. it is like "hey i talked about it." instead of "aaaaa it is stuck in my head and i do not know what to do and nobody will believe me!"

so, it is good. and a freeing kind of thing to do and stuff.
that is all. i want to go to SLEEEEEP.

i will write this private first.

so we have been, i have been, remembering bad stuff about aeryn. i mena it is also about the myriad but i hate aeryn i hate them i hate them i HATE THEM.

i remember that when they moved in their apartment, me n abigail used to be close to aeryn and snuggle with her and they really liked it and then they would touch us in places we did not want to be touched like grabbing our breasts. and mostly we would yell at them but it was like that thing that dani did with damien of like - if they do a bad thing and then you yell at them then it is ok and then they can do it again. like because there was retributoin it was fixed that they did a bad thing and now they know it is ok. they are bad in their heads.

we never thought of it like cihld sexual abuse. we never thought people counted as kids in the same way. we also did not feel safe believing that was wrong then (to do bad things to us) because it would mean stuff like that we did not suck and that we could pay attention to what hurt and think that people doing it was wrong.

it happened like on three different times with us and them. maybe more. and now that is makin me think about how normal gronups in aeryns system like to have sex with kids in the myriad system. and be datin them and stuff. and they are all slaa and "oh we love each other forever and that is the most important person in the whole world for me and it is so romantic" and they are like a million years wrong and it is so gross and scary. and it is like, of course they did that.

and also we know how they touched a little girl of connor's age in the bathroom at the public park and it is all the same. but if we talk to them about it they make it like it is an isolatid incident. like "it is only this thing that happened once that now we will try to make confusing so you do not even think it rilly happened." instead of bein like this big huge thing that they do every single day. cause with every single thing they have a new excuse, like they do not remember or beleive what you are telling them they did or like whatever their stupid excuses are with the myriad. cause it is like the myriad is their only real people and vice versa and so if the MYRIAD does not think it is bad or wrong then that is the only real thing.

so anyway it is gross and bad. and um. rose remembered a thing that was scary about them that really really scared me. i do not like any of them anymore. they are all rilly rilly scary. i will spell however i want :-P it is like grey and gray. spelling is.

and a friend asked me if i ever trusted aeryn and i said we used to trust them before when they were rommates with us and then i knew: it was before they met the myriad. and that is scary!!

because we know, we know that they do bad things with the myriad, and we know that ppl in the PC (that is aeryn people) hurt ppl in the myriad, and we know that people in both of them make plans to make little kids who never been raped in the myriad be out so that people in the PC can rape them, and we know that now the myriad are all "oh that never happins anymore so it is ok and it is none of your bisness." basicly.

and it is scary. cause we know that they did things to us. and we are terrified.

and we are kind of jealous :-) because people on a list of friends we are on posted to shandra and said oh it sounds like you have a rilly bad night i wish i could make you tea poor babies. and we are like, how come nobody makes me tea?

people in real life do which is better. but it is sad. and someone said well do you talk to them about how you are feeling and what is going on with you and of cours we do not. but also we could not maybe because the mryiad is on that list and we do not know if they read it or not. but if they did that would be VERY. BAD. to post.

we do not want them to know we remember stuff they did.
if there are day people who do not no about it, they would freak out and be mad and yell at us. or yell to us to other peopel we know where we can see it. and other people would then KNOW that we know and that is would be BAD. it makes the back of my neck hair stand up.

i wish it was not this way. but it is.

it was very scary to remember the aeryn stuff after... like to rememeber that we trusted aeryn and then they met the myriad and then all this scary stuff happened. still before they met them they did lots of drugs and lied a lot and were not very nice sometimes. but it was different i think. and then after they did meet them they started to have all the triggering and programming and freaking out and scary behavior and we know it was triggered by knowing the myriad and we always thoght it was just cause... now they knew about it and now they felt safe and now they could remember... but also someone we talked to about it was all "they prolly recognized each other." like on the deep cult level place where people know who is in there with them and what happened but they are scared ot listen to it. but if you do not listen then you can get in real big trouble with that stuff. but that is so scary!!

it is almost worse you know? it is a lot of worse sometimes to be like "oh it happened with the myriad and aeryns in santa cruz" and have memories of that starting to happen because IF IT HAPPENED THEN IT COULD HAVE HAPPENED A LOT MORE. we do not know. we could have gone places with them and been involved with A LOT OF OTHER PEOPLE and not even know it. and we would not even know it. and we are scared of that.

i mean it is worse than to know stuff might of happened with our dad in the ritual abuse way. it is wors than for people to know that they helped him in the lab and we worked there for him and we were only littel and we helped bring him stuff and then STUFF HAPPENED. becaues that was a long long time ago and if we do not remember right now iti s ok. but in santa cruz stuff iti s like we better remember now because WE DO NOT KNOW IT IS NOT STILL HAPPENNG.

i am gonna make this friends-only-but-not-the-myriad now. i can not control if people read it and people in their systems know the people who do bad stuff in te myriad and tell them. but i hope they do not sort of. but we will keep tryin to be conscious of what is going on and NEVER LET THEM SEE US AGAIN.

i got a code to give to azalynn and so i did not have more codes and so i got mya ccount paid for and now i have more codes!

it is good when people keep their promises.
also kaleidescope and precisegirl are paid for right? i think. maybe. yeah. yay for us. cause like kola says we use too much space not to pay for it here! we must have a whole SERVER to ourselves ;-p

i went trickertreating and we were afraid i was not gonna go cause we were too late to do it with connor but then we did it with connor anyway and jen and swati gave connor lik half their basket of candy to give out and then we went trickertreating that block with them and they had very generous neighbers and they gave us lots of candy and then we dropped connor off and we were very lucky cause we could not find where briana was so we went to blue's house and her friend knew where briana was! and took us there! and we drove. and then i went back to blue's house and we got to play with their friend and get dressed up some more and go trickertreating again and they got LOTS of candy cause the neighbers there had LOTS and LOTS because it was in piedmont and they were all rilly nice and then our hulk costume ripped in many places cause it was too small but it was ok cause that is what it is sposed to look like cause he is rippin out of his clothes and then i got LOTS of candy andi have a whole basket of candy and then my mommy sent me/us more candy and socks with pumpkins on and a bubble-blowing pumpkin and i saw a monkey in a store that swings its arms and blows bubbles for you and i want it.

oh and also we need a new bowl-with-a-hand-that-moves-and-says-thing-when-you-reach-for-candy. we should get that today!! the end.
